Use a square of paper, colored side down. For practice, it is better to use a large square of paper, for example, an 8-inch (20 cm) square.

Turn the paper over.
|Repeat steps 12-15.||Open out the layers at the top of the model, move the top points apart down in the direction shown by the arrows. At the same time, bring the side points together and up. Then, turn the model around the vertical axis on 90 degree into the position shown in the next step.|
