Complexity: simple

The chainlet is made up of a number of simple rings. Use a rectangle of paper, about 1 x 3 or 1 x 4 in proportions for each ring. You could unite rings of different colorings and sizes to receive a cheerful chainlet, which can become a remarkable decoration. Don’t forget that you can use foil paper or other fancy paper types to get charming variations.

Mountain fold the top edge of the ring, thereby locking the model.   Here are the joined rings.
  Add as many rings, as you need for your chainlet.
