The kusudama consists of three shells. Use 3 squares of paper, identical in size. You will also need paper glue.
|Start with colored side down. Valley fold the square in half from bottom to top. Press it flat and unfold it.||Valley fold the bottom and top edges to meet
the middle fold-line.
||Divide the rectangle into 8 equal vertical sections by valley folding. Press the folds flat and unfold them.|
