VASE DUET Creator: Yuri Shumakov © 1997 Sheets: 1 Complexity: medium / complex Use a square of paper, white side up. The height of the finished vase will be about 1/3rd and the width will be about 1/2 of the size of the original square.

Valley fold the square in half from bottom to top. Press it flat and unfold it.		Working from the right-hand side and along the bottom edge, carefully make a diagonal fold-line between the right-hand end of the horizontal middle fold-line and the left-hand bottom corner, as shown.		Carefully, valley fold the top edge down in a horizontal line, as shown. Press it flat and unfold it. Valley fold the top edge along a vertical line, as shown, and unfold it. Then, open the paper out.
