Oriland : Papertown Kingdom

Papertown Kingdom is colorful and cheerful place, where many clowns are living. There are parks full of fun and games and surely Papertown Castle, one of the most colorful castles.
From
Exhibition Guestbook: “I love your work! It is so amazing. You rock! (Both of you)! I love your castles and ships!”

The Castle of Papertown was built from 1200 pieces of paper and is 24 inches (60 cm) high. Castle’s numerous towers are crowned by eastern-style roofs and the whole castle decorated with curly ornaments and cheerful lanterns.

Castle’s central area is opened to the sky and has a small garden. Orilanders love to visit Papertown Castle and enjoy its cheerful and colorful architecture. From Exhibition Guestbook: “This work is inspiring! As a teacher who uses origami in the classroom, you have certainly given me ideas.”

The Lantana’s garden before the Chapel. You can see Bride and Groom, who just came out of building and ready to honeymoon. On the shore: there is Beach Café and ‘St. Catherine’ Sailing Ship is about to moor in the harbor.

Orilanders are having fun in Papertown: taking a car ride around the kingdom, walking in the garden and enjoying the flowers.
From
Exhibition Guestbook: “How beautiful, how talented + clever… Such artistry”

This old big oak tree is the meeting point of Papertown dwellers and is our last spot in Oriland Kingdoms. What a wonderful trip we had around Oriland! So, now it’s time to get to Oribana – paper flower arrangements.
